William Michael Hadala Jr.

Over the past 15 years William Hadala, Jr. has served as a technology executive who has played a key role in successful product rollouts for industry leaders such as Clearwire Corporation, Philips Electronics, Perot Investments and Fujitsu.
William Hadala is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Interconnect 365, a Texas-based wireless technology services company dedicated to supporting the development and advancement of SMART Networks and related technology in their various forms and applications. William’s vision for Interconnect 365 is to straddled the optimum combination of characteristics and qualities between telecommunications & energy that within the industry is known as the sweet spot; providing Smart technologies and approaches to enable the vision of a truly smart technology future. William’s team provides products and services that facilitate the establishment and the operation of wireless, 4G, LTE, WiMAX high bandwidth networks for a variety of markets and customers.
Prior to joining Interconnect 365 Mr. Hadala served as an executive at the Clearwire Corporation that is a Wireless Internet service provider (WISP). The company serves users in the United States, Mexico and countries in Western Europe. Clearwire’s team was responsible for building wireless metropolitan area networks across the United States.
William’s specialties include fixed and wireless applications and communications technology, systems, architectures, and customer and partner engagements within the commercial and government sectors.
William is married to his beautiful wife Shannon and enjoys traveling, watching Dodger’s baseball, reading his Bible, and enjoying the company of his friends and family, especially his Dad, William Sr. who is a hero in his life.
Manoj Bhatia
Vice President of Strategic Development
Mr. Manoj Bhatia is a Telecom Executive with 20+ years of high-tech industry (IT, Energy & Utilities) experience and global track record in business development, managing partner alliances and technology solution sales. Recognized for broad strengths in new strategic & tactical sales, network systems design and ecosystem creations (joint ventures/partnerships) in entrepreneurial environments; persuasive leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Prior to joining Interconnect 365 Manoj served as the Director, SmartGrid Strategic Alliances at GE Digital Energy. His responsibilities included developing new business models for partner engagement and consulting practice with firms specializing in SmartGrid network communications, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and wireless networks.
Manoj’s responsibilities include business development, strategic investment and new partnership / alliance opportunities. It’s Manoj’s vision to plan and execute Interconnect 365′s strategy with AMI/Meter/M2M/Telecom infrastructure to companies worldwide. Additional responsibilities include international representation and raising capital ranging from venture capital to investment banks.
Manoj graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School and Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. His specialties include Smart Grid (Energy/Utilities), Telecommunications, Wireless technologies ( 3G/4G, LTE, WiMax), RF Engineering, Unified Communications (UC), Enterprise IT (WebEx, Cloud Services, SaaS), Consumer Analytics, M & A , Strategic Investments, Business Development , Solution Sales, Systems Design, Consulting, International Market Development, Sustainable Enterprise Models, Global Energy Innovations.
Manoj is married and lives with his family in North Carolina.
Robert Capulong
Vice President
Robert is a season executive in the computer and telecommunication field. Robert has held a number of leadership positions working as an architect/designer, database administrator, an information systems manager, consultant, and network/system engineer.
Robert is one of the Co-Founder’s & President of Young Jobs, Inc. where William and Robert worked together for many years helping youth and young adults find jobs.
Robert did his undergraduate work at California State University-Long Beach – College of Business Administration.
Robert brings his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to his current position where he supports the administration and management operations of Interconnect 365 and plays an instrumental role in strategic investment development.
Robert lives with his family in Los Angeles, California.
Egypt McKee
Vice President of Operations
Egypt is an experienced senior manager adept at growing profitable revenues, developing dynamic new market strategies, optimizing the capital structure for both public and private firms, and eliminating unnecessary costs out of businesses. Proven ability to create high-performance management and sales teams, while leveraging valuable relationships with customers and suppliers.
Prior to joining Interconnect 365 Egypt served as President & CEO of North Star Group of Companies. North Star Group of Companies is a software application & professional services firm that supports the entire software development life cycle through IT project-based solutions. NSG is a Software Developer of enterprise applications including iPhone, BlackBerry, and Andriod WiFi web applications, and Management Consulting Services.
Mr. McKee has held senior positions at Compuware Corporation, m2 Technologies, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Company and served in the United States Air Force as a Flight Operations Manager specializing in flight crew operations management, training, and air traffic management.
Egypt lives in Orange County California with his beautiful wife and children.
Steve Manley, PMP
Vice President Construction & Project Management
Steve Manley is an experienced General Contractor with over 25+ years in the construction industry. Prior to joining Interconnect 365, Steve worked for Quorum Construction Group as a Construction Manager who was responsibile for all field operations, construction and warranty staff. Prior to working at Quorum, Steve served at Goodman Land Advisers who oversaw residential subdivision construction from raw land through municipal acceptance as he acted as liaison between the developer and all builders, as well as, federal, state and municipal inspectors for multiple subdivisions.
Steve manages and oversees Interconnect 365′s site work, land development and construction operation’s. Steve plays a critical role for the growth of Interconnect 365′s master plan infrastructure vision of building data center & security operation center, office, retail and residential projects across the United States using a model where municipal infrastructure is built around data center capabilities.
Steve is a graduate of Texas A&M University and lives with his wife and family near Austin, Texas.
Matt Wills
Vice President of Business Development
Matt Wills has managed construction and roofing contracting companies across the US. Matt managed Farmer Roofing and Remediation and its subsidiaries across the Southwestern United States, overseeing daily operations, crew and sub-contractor management, quality control management and capital budgeting. Prior to construction, Matt was a Professional Land Man, running property title, acquiring mineral leases from land owners, and developing a group of leases into completed projects culminating with producing oil and gas wells.
Matt oversees and develops new business partners with Interconnect 365 and implements new technologies into our business, thereby reducing cost and waste. Identifying corporate and customer needs and finding solutions that can be implemented by Interconnect 365. Matt works as an intermediary between sub-contractors and customers to assure needs are met and fulfilled in a turnkey manner.
Matt graduated from Tarleton State University and lives with his family near Fort Worth, Texas.
